Terms of sale
1. Who we are
Spectrum Gaming Pty Ltd (ABN 91 697 377 067), Maitland NSW ("we"/"us"). These terms govern purchases from spectrumgaming.net.au and in-store.
2. Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
3. Products
Each listing describes the item's condition; collectibles may show minor cosmetic packaging variance as described in our Returns Policy. Images are of the actual item unless stated.
4. Pricing
All prices are in AUD and GST-inclusive. We may correct pricing errors; affected orders are cancelled and refunded in full.
5. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer; it is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund where stock is unavailable.
6. Delivery
We deliver within Australia only, via Australia Post. Risk passes on delivery; title passes on payment.
7. Click and collect
We'll email when your order is ready; uncollected orders are cancelled and refunded after 14 days.
8. Returns
Per our Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Specels
Our loyalty currency has no cash value, is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash; balances may be reversed where an earning order is refunded; the program may be modified or discontinued.
10. Accounts
Keep your details accurate and your login secure; one account per person.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to resupply or refund of the goods; consumer guarantees under the ACL are not excluded.
12. General
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
